Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: Go to Quotation Templates

From the Quotation Page, navigate to:
Configuration → Orders Templates

Step 2: Add an Order Template 

Click the Add button on the top-right of the screen. You’ll be directed to a form where you can configure your template’s details.

Step 3: Add Content to the Template

In the template form, you can:
•    Add Template Name and Quotation Subject
•    Enter Payment Terms and Quotation Expiration
•    Add product or service line items, including quantity and Unit of Measure

Step 4: Save and Activate

Once you're satisfied with the template, click Create. Make sure the Status is set to Active — only active templates will appear when creating a new quotation.

Step 5: Apply Template to a Quotation

To use the template:
1.    Go to Sales → Quotations
2.    Click Add
3.    Choose the Quotation Template
